I-JPEEL: International Journal of Primary Education and Learning is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal published four times a year (February, May, September, and December). It is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, which allows unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

I-JPEEL aims to foster excellence in primary education research by providing an open scholarly forum for presenting innovative studies, theoretical frameworks, and critical reviews related to the learning and development of children at the primary level.
